What areas do you serve?

• We serve within a 20 minute radius of Columbia MD including the following areas: Columbia, Ellicott City, Clarksville, Highland, Elkridge, Odenton, Laurel, Burtonsville, Catonsville, Halethorpe. We also provide telehealth services to MD, DC, and VA. If you are outside of the DMV area we can provide an online consultation.

How many physical therapy sessions will I need?

• We typically see our clients biweekly to start and then transition to a 1x/month session frequency once symptoms have calmed down. Most of our clients see an improvement in their symptoms in 6-10 visits and many choose to continue working with us to improve their fitness, help manage a chronic condition, or for bodywork services to compliment their fitness routine.

What is an in-home appointment like?

• We arrive at your home with all necessary equipment including a treatment table and weights.

What is your payment and insurance policy?

• We work directly with our patients and therefore require payment upfront for our services. We can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement upon request.
